Third Muallem Prize (Teacher’s Award) to be held in Iran

The Muallem Prize (Teacher’s Award) is given jointly by the Ministry of Education of Iran and Burhan Non-Profitable organization which is active widely in public welfare to the teachers and educators who are carrying out outstanding activities in various fields of education system.

The main objective of this prize is to recognize successful teachers in Iran and internationally and to appreciate the role of teachers in society.

personal and professional competence, educational innovation, profound impact on the behavior and futures of students, positive attitude towards local people in the field of education, and being a role model for public are the main criteria for giving this prize to prominent teachers from all over the world.

It is to be mentioned that 12,000 teachers from 18 countries participated in the first and 30,000 from 23 different countries in the second Muallem Prize. In the second Muallem Prize, Mr. Abdul Rauf, founder of Pakistan Science Club, was among the candidates who reached the semi-finals.
