He was warmly welcomed at Karachi Airport by Seyed Owais Qadir Shah, Speaker of the Sindh Provincial Assembly, and Akbar Eisaa Zadeh, Consul General of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Karachi. Upon arrival, the Honorable Speaker visited the mausoleum of Muhammad Ali Jinnah to pay tribute to the Quaid-e-Azam, the leader of Pakistan’s independence movement. He also attended the Friday prayer at Yathrib Mosque in Karachi. During his visit, he met with Muhammad Kamran Khan Tessori, Governor of Sindh, and held a session with business leaders, among other official engagements.
