During the meeting, the two sides exchanged views on the current status of Persian language education in Karachi and discussed strategies for the development and expansion of the Persian language. After a two-decade interval, and with the support of the Ministry of Science and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Professor Chehregani has arrived in Karachi to teach at the Department of Persian Language and Literature at the University of Karachi and to strengthen this department, which has a history of more than fifty years.
