Improving the status and position of women in the administrative system and the managerial and decision-making fields is one of the important indicators of human rights in evaluating the protection and promotion of womens rights. After the Islamic revolution of Iran with the increase of awareness and the expansion of higher education for women and the promotion of their capabilities the contribution of women to political and social participation has undergone a wide evolution and development.
