Salman Farsi Park was unveiled in the port city of Karachi
Coincidence with the 75th anniversary of establishing diplomatic relations between Iran and Pakistan and on the occasion of the independence anniversary of this neighboring country, Salman Farsi Park was unveiled in the port city of Karachi as a sign of the long-standing friendship between Iran and Pakistan.
   At the same time as the 75th anniversary of relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, at the initiative of the Consulate General of our country in Karachi and the cooperation of the government of Sindh, the park located adjacent to the Consulate General of Iran was named "Salman Farsi".    The unveiling ceremony of this park, which is a symbol of the friendship between the two nations and the two governments of Iran and Pakistan, was held this evening with the presence of senior officials of the government of Sindh and Iran's Consul General in Karachi, Hassan Noorian.     "Syed Nasser Hussain Shah", the provincial minister for local government affairs, along with the consul general of Iran, unveiled Salman Farsi Park and they installed a plaque commemorating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of relations between the two countries.    A group of political figures, media and cultural figures of Karachi attended this magnificent ceremony and emphasized the importance of long-standing friendship and unbreakable relations between the Islamic Republic of Iran and Pakistan.    Nouriyan, the Consul General of Iran in Karachi, also said during a speech at the unveiling ceremony of Salman Farsi Park: Naming important places in Iran and Pakistan after each other's celebrities shows the deep friendship of the two countries, whose main heritage is the nations of Iran and Pakistan.    At the end of this ceremony, a tree of Iran-Pakistan friendship was planted in Salman Farsi Park by the Minister and the Consul General  on the occasion of the 75th year of the establishment of relations between the two countries.
